A simple to use dental plan that provides transparent pricing details to members on approximately 500 dental procedure codes. Members will have access to the contracted amount that the dentist will accept, as well as the amount covered by the insurance plan per procedure. There are no waiting periods for covered services and the plan has a low deductible. Insurance coverage is provided for basic and preventive procedures, while discounts are available on major restorative services.

Although not required, use of the national discount dental network will provide significantly higher benefit levels for the insured. Access to a National vision provider network with discounts on exams, lenses and frames is also included.
